100. Celebrating "Failure"

Thank you for being here on this 100th episode, which isn’t about my success and achievements.
It’s a loving reflection on 7 ways I’ve fallen short — and what I’ve learned through the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita — Vedic scripture — a sacred guide to living with awareness, devotion, and inner steadiness.

From moments of doubt to not feeling my feelings…
These are the real-life reminders that the spiritual path is not about being "perfect" — it’s about being present and returning to "Self" again and again.

Falling short doesn’t mean we’ve strayed —
It means we’re living the practice.

As the Gita reminds us:
"The mind is our friend… and can also be our greatest challenge."

If you’ve been feeling heavy or hard on yourself lately, let this be a moment to pause, soften, and come home to what truly matters.

Take a deep breath... and let’s connect within.

With love,
Nemisha x
